FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS

IPI headquarters and pioneering manufacturing facility are both located in Pasig City with 140 plus employees and now an ISO certified company.   Its three (3) spiral-rolling pipe machineries are:  SRU 1600 with capacity of 35,000 metric tons (M.T.) per annum for pipe sizes 350mmØ to 3600mmØ;  SRU 1200 - 12,000 M.T./annum for 200mmØ to 2400mmØ;  and SPX 2410 - 5,000 M.T./annum for 100Ø to 600mmØ.
 
IPI inaugurated its second spiral pipe mill in Davao, Mindanao Island, on April 8, 2008, to serve the pipe market in the Southern part of the Philippines.  The initial facilities installed consist of one factory building, one medium spiral pipe machine SRU 1380 with coil capacity up to 1350 strip width and 20mm capacity in thickness, hydrotest equipment up to 2.5 meter diameter, inside cleaning machine and outside cleaning machine.
