INTERNATIONAL PIPE INDUSTRIES CORPORATION is looking for qualified applicants for our Batangas manufacturing plant at Barangay Masaya, Rosario Batangas for the following positions.

 

Planning Production Engineer

  • Male
  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering
  • With at least 2 years experience in Operations Planning and Control is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable on basic Microsoft Office Applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • With good communication and social skills
  • With good moral character
  • Work assignment : Rosario, Batangas

Duties and responsiblities:

  • Is responsible for the actual monitoring of operation as against standards to attain production efficiency.
  • Monitors daily actual production run per section
  • Daily checking of production logbook and summary
  • Prepares monthly report
  • Monitors inventory
  • Safe-keeps all the reports and files of the OPC Department
  • Prepares reports for Mancom/Execom meeting

 

Quality Assurance Inspector

  • Male
  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • With or without work related experience
  • Preferably with licensed as Mechanical Engineer
  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • Knowledgeable on basic Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/ Powerpoint)
  • Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Is willing to travel if necessary
  • With good communication and social skills

  • Work assignment: Rosario, Batangas

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To be assigned in Pipe Production  as Pipe Forming Inspector
  • Performs other tasks by the immediate superior

 

Industrial Electrician

  • Atleast a graduate of any vocational course
  • With 1-2 years work experience as an industrial electrician
  • Has basic knowledge on using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • With good communication and social skills
  • Is keen and accurate to details
  • Is willing to travel if necessary
  • Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Work assignment: Rosario, Batangas

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for the maintenance of all electrical/electronic machineries, control boards, appliances, telephone system, motor controller, aircon units, and other electro/ electrical
  • Ensures that all equipment/ machines are in good condition
  • Prepares necessary reports and individual work accomplishments

 

Automotive Diesel Heavy Equipment Mechanic

  • A graduate of Automotive Technical course (vocational)
  • With at least 3 years work experience in automotive diesel
  • Can trouble shoot, repair and maintain heavy equipment
  • With good communication and social skills
  • Is keen and accurate to details
  • Is willing to travel if necessary
  • Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Work assignment: Rosario, Batangas

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducts maintenance and preventive maintenance to heavy equipment, mobile crane, forklift, trucks and other. 

 

Polyurethan/Epoxy Machine Operator

  • A High School Graduate/College Level/Vocational Course Graduate
  • With at least 1 year experience as an operator is an advantage.
  • With good moral character
  • Willing to work for longer hours
  • Ensures the efficient operation, application and production output of polyurethane machine.
  • Decides on minor operation problem.
  • Proper utilization of raw materials used in operation in order to minimize materials cost.
  • Prepares the MDS requirements and PDS recommendation given by the plant supplier.
  • Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Work assignment: Rosario, Batangas

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for the proper coating of pipes, using polyurethane or epoxy coating in accordance to the standard and/or customers specifications.
  • Prepares the MDS requirements and PDS recommendation given by the plant supplier.
  • Monitors the pre-heating and circulation of the materials for 30 minutes prior to application.
  • Responsible to put-cut-back at both ends of the coating area.
  • Strictly observes machine performance during application.
  • Preserves the appearance of newly coated pipes.
  • Shuts down the machine after operation.
  • Reports promptly any abnormal running condition of the cement coating machine.
  • Assists the Maintenance personnel in repair works.
  • Makes corrective measures to conform to safety rules and regulations while in operation.
  • Is responsible for the efficient PPT operation, application and production output.
  • Records output and materials used in the Daily Attendance & Production Ticket (DAPT).

 

Machinist

  • Must be a Technology Graduate
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in operating lathe, shaper and milling machine.
  • Study sample parts, approved shop drawings and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operation needed, determine sample parts dimensions and tolerances and fabricate products for plant operation including QAD specimens.
  • Selects appropriate tools, machines, and materials needed in preparation of machinery.
  • Coordinates with OPC, clients or customer regarding the schedule and materials to be used.
  • Performs metalworking projects from planning and fabrication through assembly, inspections, and testing, using knowledge of machine function and metal properties.

  • Is responsible for full operation and maintenance of all machinery equipment.

Industrial Electrician

  • Atleast a graduate of any vocational course
  • With 1-2 years work experience as an industrial electrician

  • Any vocational (Welding) graduate
  • Must be Certified Welders with latest WPQT

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for the cutting, jointing and repair of pipes and other metal products with the use of gas flame, electric arc, MIG/TIG/MAW and other welding methods.
  • Handles welding machines, cleans and makes necessary check-up before using the units.
  • Supports production and maintenance department as needed.

 

Pipe Fitter

  • A Vocational (Pipe Fitting) graduate
  • Can render overtime and work during weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Work assignment: Rosario, Batangas

Duties / Responsiblities:

  • Is responsible for the fabriacation of pipes, fittings, doubler, machine prerparation, and other metal works.
  • Evaluates and interprets the assembly instructions from approved shop drawings prior to fabrication.
  • Supports production and maintenance department as needed.
