Our Mission
To produce and provide widest range of quality steel pipes using spiral-welded process for potable water lines and irrigation systems; casings; steel pipe piles for port and bridges; structural columns; and conveyance & penstock piping for hydro-power plant in the Philippines.
Our Vision
To be the company of choice in the manufacturing and supply of quality spiral welded steel pipes for local and global market.
How it works
Behind the Process
Our production of spiral-welded steel pipes is driven by precision engineering and strict adherence to international standards. The process begins with the inspection and preparation of steel coils, ensuring material quality and compliance with required specifications.
Using advanced spiral forming technology, coils are continuously shaped and welded through a controlled Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) process, delivering high-strength, uniform weld seams. Key parameters such as heat input, alignment, and weld penetration are closely monitored to ensure structural integrity and consistency across every pipe.
Post-welding, each pipe undergoes a series of rigorous tests, including non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic and radiographic inspection, as well as hydrostatic pressure testing to verify strength and leak resistance.
To enhance durability and corrosion resistance, pipes are treated with high-performance internal and external coating systems. Surface preparation is carried out through abrasive blasting, followed by the application of protective coatings in controlled environments to ensure proper adhesion and long-term performance.
